The display library that MageGuild (and possible upcoming projects) is based on has been renamed Phasma, and is now available for download. This includes full source code and a demo app, to show off what it can do and how to make it happen.
Phasma is available on its project page.

Hmm. Yeah, I probably failed to make the demo take screen res into account, when it sets the heights of different parts. There are a couple things I need to change/fix/add to Phasma, I'll get this while I'm at it.
