Light school (1.2)
Armour: Can be pretty handy in case you expect to get a big beating.
How I would think of it more useful: if it would protect against elemental status effects like burning or blinding.
Curse: Rarely used it, when I did, I used it with the combanation of Harm.
Pacify: I used it once or twice on a treant. I didn't dare use it on other enemies, preparing more deadly responses instead.
How would it be better: If it could reliably effect more powerful creatures and a wider variety.
Berserk: Likely a useful spell, but I never used it.
Hiwbb: Ditto.
Ward: It's the Light's "make instant wall" spell, I used it occasionally to ensure my escape.
Hiwbb: Can't think of anything, possibly by lasting longer but its pretty usable for its purpose as it is. Like most insta-wall spells, it could only be better if it appeared on more tiles.
Barrier: Likely useful, but magicians were simply never a treat to me. I used it once or twice
Hiwbb: I'm not sure whether it does this already, but could it also provide protection against wave or cone effects?
Heal: A direct MP-to-HP spell. Quite useful, especially if there are undead around.
Hiwbb: Ditto.
Harm: Extremely useful. Within myself, I've dubted it as the "f. you" spell.
Hiwbb: Can't suggest anything that wouldn't brake balance.
